Who we are
Our website address is westbucklandplant.com. We are West Buckland Plant, The Gallops, West Buckland, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9LE.
What we collect, and why
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry about a machine we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and your message, together with the machine you enquired about. We use this only to answer you.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and machines people look at. This is aggregated and does not identify you.
- Server logs. Our host records standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the sale or conversation. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your enquiry — for example with a shipping agent when arranging delivery — and with our hosting and analytics providers acting on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@westbucklandplant.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie when you use an enquiry form, which is necessary for the form to work securely. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure usage.
